GRIT Calgary Developmental Screening
We have partnered with Grit Calgary Society, who will be offering free development assessment screenings to our families. We do encourage families that have any concerns about their child’s development to complete a Developmental Screen. This screen will help a certified Speech Language Pathologist and a certified teacher determine if it is necessary to pursue further testing with your child. Should further assessments be required, and it is determined that your child is in need of additional supports, funding may be available through Alberta Education to provide these supports in your child’s classroom.

They are dedicated to providing home and community-based education/therapy programs for children with special needs. Through the funding from Alberta Education, G.R.I.T. Calgary Society is able to provide a team of experienced professionals to work in collaboration with parents and teachers to provide an effective and dynamic education experience for your child.
